The challenge was simple. Create four Facebook ad campaigns on the topics of divorce, finance, cohabitation and children matters in a divorce. The difficulty was how to make these images visually engaging when the topics were so sensitive and serious.
The idea of using people as the imagery for these campaigns didn’t seem appropriate. Instead, I started to think about objects and how they could be used to represent each theme. I feel like the result was successful as the core message comes through in each object in a less personal way then it would of displaying literal, emotional imagery.
